Volunteer in Israel
ON A 4-DAY OR 7-DAY PROGRAM
In response to the October 7th attacks, Israelis of all backgrounds have united around a collective volunteering effort in support of the displaced border communities and the security services' mission.

Volunteer at IDF- Sar-El
The Sar-El programs offer prospective volunteers an opportunity to live and work on IDF bases to gain an insider view of Israel. Volunteers work alongside soldiers, base employees, and other volunteers, performing non-combat support duties such as packing

Medical Volunteers for Israel
Israel is at war. Many medical personnel have been called up to serve in the army with consequent key clinical staff shortages primarily in hospitals. This in addition to the displaced populations in Israel due to the war, and war-related injuries and rehabilitation needs which also impact the health system.
Thankfully the need for medical volunteers to date has not been as severe as anticipated at the onset of the war, although there are still staffing needs in specific institutions.

Rebuilding Kibbutz Be'eri
The third phase of the rehabilitation journey is the physical reconstruction of Kibbutz Be'eri. More than 130 houses and public buildings were destroyed on October 7th. The plan is to rebuild Be'eri even better than it was before. This will offer families the highest level of opportunities along with the highest level of protection. The vision is to see Kibbutz Be'eri reclaiming its role as an economic, social, and cultural leader in the region.

Manager of International Volunteer Delegations: Adi Efrat
Adi Efrat was born and raised in Ofakim, in the southern region of Israel. She is the 8th and youngest daughter of Moroccan immigrants who moved to Israel during “The Great Aliyah.”
Adi met Avishay during their army service and followed him to Be’eri. Together, they raised two children and have provided a warm home to four lonely soldiers over the past 19 years.
Adi has a B.A in human resource management and an M.A. in sociology. From 2014-2018, she was human resource manager of Kibbutz Be’eri and led them during the "Tzuk Eitan" escalation.
